Technical features:
- Forming by means of state-of-the-art CNC forming systems; production range from 1.00 to 6.00 mm
Material quality:
- Steel for springs according to EN10270/1
- Stainless steel EN10270/3
- Pre-hardened EN10270/2
The main feature of these springs is their fatigue strength and flexibility during the work cycle, due to the use of top-quality materials with proven tensile strength in the production range between 6.00 mm and 1.00 mm. Upon request all springs can be supplied with epoxy paint treatment or with black cataphoresis even after a shot peening treatment.
